I still haven't been able to locate the 1/16". We were able to depth cut some lenses in 1/8" stock. We haven't tried it on the non-neon 1/6" stock yet. There is some faint scorching along side the depth cuts but its minor.

As a test, some non-neon 1/8" material was depth cut but as we guessed, it was very difficult to notice any difference.

Overall, I think this will work if I can find some 1/16" stock. The 1/8" does not fit 303's fascia at all. I know that you are busy but have you been able to test this yet?
