What you want there is the Hate buttons, which matthew_k already noted.. a long press of the '2' button (sub-labeled Artist) on the remote will remove all songs in your play queue that have the same artist as the song currently playing. 3 will similarly do the same by Album, 5 by Genre, 6 by Year.
