I wouldn't mind having it in the taskbar and alt-tab rotation as well.

Argh, that's a lot of work, to support both. Supporting one or the other is easy enough, but both is a pain. I'd have to do a lot of special-case coding to make sure it worked in all cases (at startup, for example, minimized and not minimized, etc.).
