I haven't seen that brand available in the UK, I've only seen Staywell (which seem to all use the same crap design for the lock) and Cat Mate.

Just found a couple of other options at http://www.catflaps.com/ , need to find a shop with them though as I'm not buying another one until I have held it in my hand and tried to force the lock.
